Elephants have been associated with positive associations for centuries. Their strength and gentleness convey protection and security as well as the impression that they can master all obstacles. For us humans, these are qualities that we want from friends, partners, parents and, last but not least, from ourselves. Surrounding yourself with this animal symbol of positive energy and happiness is not easy, because unlike cats, dogs, guinea pigs and the like, you cannot accommodate an elephant at home. That is why we at Augarten are very keen to create real miniatures of the gentle giants from our fine porcelain.
