The curved silhouette has been one of the most popular and decorative forms of Viennese porcelain since 1725. Inspired by the precious collections of Chinese plates in the porcelain cabinets of the Baroque period, the shape was adopted for European hunting and floral decorations. Belvedere" looks particularly noble in a selection of the elegant "Colors of Augarten" with gilding in the cup.
